| Short Answer: | No |
| Answer: | Current sail measurement rules define a min/max for the spinnaker but experiments with a small (2/3 size) spinnaker in Marion have given good results. The results seen is that boats who might not raise a chute is a strong breeze do so with a small chute and are still competitive. The small chute is only marginally slower in medium breeze. |
