
Registration Instructions
Eligible boats may enter by submitting the entry forms and have payment received by the Tred Avon Yacht Club not later than 0900 on Thursday, September 26, 2013. A Late Registration Fee of $75 will be due for all registrations received after August 15, 2013. Entry forms include:
- Registration Form with payment
- Regatta Waiver
- Sail Inventory Registry printed out and signed
- Certificate of Compliance. Please note that this form will be accepted any time before Thursday September 26th.
The entry fee is $550.00 per boat, payable by check to Tred Avon Yacht Club. Entry fee includes:
- Launching and Hauling (see Schedule of Events for times)
- Docking and Mooring
- Launch Service
- Daily Continental Breakfast
- Food and Social events for four(4)
- Wednesday Night Reception, Light Fare and Annual Meeting
- Thursday Night Crab Feast
- Saturday Awards Dinner (Coat & Tie)
- Beer and Soft drinks at all scheduled events
- Housing with local members and sailors on a best-effort basis.
Additional Food and Social registrations are available for $115.
Cash Bar will be available throughout. Box lunches can be purchased at check-in.
Regatta visitors are welcome to join TAYC’s regularly scheduled Sails & Ales event on Friday night with Lite Fare available.
